Non-Residential Programs
Not everyone needs nor can commit to residential treatment. TFC’s nonresident program offers the same services as residential rehabilitation in an outpatient environment. Each person enrolled in this service will have a treatment plan tailored to his immediate need. Support is always available.
Treatment Guidelines
Non-residential treatment program participants must complete Phase One and Phase Two of the Well Recovery program. Participants must answer all questions and complete all written and group assignments in the Phase One guidebook. They must also attend the following groups:
- Motivational groups 1-4, which prepare participants to respond to motivational counseling
- Two alcohol and other drugs education groups, which raise awareness about AOD (alcohol and other drug) biopsychosocial effects
- Two pharmacology groups, which educate participant about substances
- Two relapse prevention groups, which help participant understand relapse warning signs and how to effectively address those signs
